Getting a Quote

Sometimes, after a site visit, things might change a little. We'll always tell you clearly if this happens before we start any work, so there are no surprises.
Your Agreement with Us
Once you accept our quote and we start work, that's our agreement. We'll outline what we're doing, the costs, and the timeline. We expect you to let us access your property when needed for the installation and upkeep of your solar system.
Payments
We'll talk about payment schedules upfront. Usually, it's a deposit to start, then payments as stages of work are finished, and a final payment when everything is done. All payments are in Euros (€). We expect payments to be made on time, as agreed. If there are delays, please talk to us right away.
Your Responsibilities
You need to make sure your property is safe for our team to work on. This means clearing access areas and telling us about any known issues with your roof or electrical system. Also, make sure you have the right permissions to install solar panels on your building in Rome, as needed.
Our Guarantees
We work hard to install your solar system properly and safely. We follow all local building codes and industry standards. We also guarantee our workmanship for a specific period. If you have any issues with our installation work, let us know, and we'll fix it, just like good neighbors should.
System Warranty
The solar panels and other parts we install come with their own manufacturer warranties. We'll give you all the details for these. Our job is to make sure they are installed correctly, so those warranties are valid for you.
Cancelling or Changing Work
If you need to change or cancel your project, please tell us as soon as possible. We'll discuss any costs that might come up from changes or cancellation, especially if work has already started or materials have been ordered specifically for you. We aim to be fair about it.
Things Out of Our Control
Sometimes things happen that no one can control, like very bad weather (a rare hailstorm in Lazio!), supply chain delays, or new city regulations. If these kinds of events affect your project, we'll keep you updated and work to find the best solution. We're all in this together.
